Based on community analysis of the official trailers, the GTA 6 Leonida map is estimated to be nearly twice the size of GTA V's Los Santos and Blaine County. It includes a large urban area (Vice City), extensive swamplands, mountain ranges, coastal islands and rural regions.

Confirmed locations from official trailers include Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Port Gellhorn, Grassrivers swampland, Mount Kalaga National Park, and the Ambrosia industrial region. More locations are expected to be revealed before the November 2026 release.
Based on trailer analysis by the GTA mapping community, Leonida appears significantly larger than GTA V's map. The state includes more diverse biomes — from dense urban areas and beaches to mountains and swamps — suggesting a substantially larger playable world.
Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. A PC version has not been officially announced for the launch window.
